Theft rap for man in ‘Ross double’ case
Forensic clue in stabbing & rape of mum-of-three
CCTV IMAGE Husseni A MAN arrested by police hunting a suspected thief who looked uncannily like Friends actor David Schwimmer will appear in court next month.
Abdulah Husseni, 36, of Slough, Berkshire, will appear at Blackpool magistrates on December 18, accused of theft and fraud.
When police in Blackpool posted an image of a man in a shop with a case of beer, people on social media spotted a similarity to Schwimmer, who played Ross Geller in the sitcom.
The actor, 52, later responded by posting a video on Twitter of himself in a convenience store with beer, looking furtively up at a CCTV camera.

Mum-of-three Jennifer Kiely, 35, was stabbed and raped in a “frenzied and macabre” attack just eight months before monster Mark Dixie stabbed and raped model Sally Anne.
Officers probing Jennifer’s murder have been in contact with Scotland Yard over possible links to Dixie.
Cold-case detectives reopened the probe after a new line of enquiry emerged, police confirmed last year.
Now they say this is a forensic clue they are “actively pursuing”. It is understood forensic tests have yet to be carried out on the new evidence. Jennifer’s mum Margaret, 72, of Donegal, Ireland, said: “It sounds promising. We’ve waited a long time for justice.” Sally Anne’s mother Linda, 55, said: “If the breakthrough was over a year ago I’m wondering why they haven’t tried to find a link to Dixie. Jennifer’s mother deserves answers.”
Dixie got life in 2008 for the murder of Sally Anne, 18, outside her home in Croydon, South London in September 2005. Like Sally Anne, Jennifer was raped while dying or dead.
She was also set on fire – something Dixie tried to do to a victim of one of two sex attacks for which he got two more life terms last year.
Like other Dixie victims, Jennifer was alone, late on a weekend night, when she was stabbed 16 times in January 2005. Dixie had links to Sussex at the time homeless Jennifer was killed in Eastbourne.
