Ex-BHS boss accepts ban

COURT Dominic Chappell FORMER BHS owner Dominic Chappell has told a judge he is happy to be banned from serving as a company director as he “cannot fight anymore”.

Business Secretary Greg Clark took legal action against Mr Chappell after the chain’s 2016 collapse.

Mr Chappell yesterday told an Insolvency and Companies Court hearing in London: “I cannot take this pressure.”

The length of the ban will be set at a later date.
