Rich rewards of tough boss Silva
RICHARLISON has put his success with Brazil down to Everton.
The striker has emerged as Brazil’s latest star and his winner against Cameroon on Tuesday was his third goal in his sixth appearance for them.
He credits Toffees boss Marco Silva for his progress at international level.
“Training at Everton is intense,” he said. “There’s lots of quality in the squad and lots of detail in sessions.
“It has helped me – my confidence is growing, not just with the Brazilian team, but with Everton also. I needed that run of games with my club.”
