Wagner keeping eye out for No.9
DAVID WAGNER admits he is watching out for a new No.9 in January – as Huddersfield’s two main strikers have been drawing blanks all season.
Steve Mounie and Laurent Depoitre have yet to hit a club goal between them, with the entire Terriers team only managing to score six in all.
Coach Wagner said: “It isn’t simple as saying that, because we haven’t scored a lot, we need another No.9.
“But I started, a few weeks ago, to keep my eye on the market – it’s important to prepare for the window.”
