CHELTENHAM NEWPORT 2 1 CHELTENHAM midfield star Conor Thomas urged his team-mates to become a 90-minute side after they just held on to beat promotionchasing Newport.

Will Boyle and Tyrone Barnett put Cheltenham 2-0 in front before Antoine Semenyo’s late strike for the visitors.

Thomas said: “The lads showed great spirit for 60 minutes. We have to do it for 90.”
