Thug pals in 10yr contact ban for brawl

JAILED Kerr and Hull TWO best friends have been banned from talking to each other for 10 years after a “wild-west” brawl.

A police officer found “smashed glass, blood on the floor, glass everywhere ... and people screaming”.

Callum Kerr, 23, of no fixed address, got three years’ jail and Kane Hull, 25, of Aglionby, near Carlisle, two-and-a-half.

Judge Peter Davies at Carlisle crown court also gave Kerr the ban on contact with his pal, including via social media.

The judge said of their brawl at a social club in Wigton, Cumbria, in October: “Innocent people were injured.”

Along with their rival, Thomas Reynolds, 28, of Carlisle, they admitted affray. Reynolds got a suspended term.
