Em’s ex gives hearty support
THE ex accused of breaking Emily Atack’s heart has spoken out – and backed her to be crowned queen of the jungle.
Jack Vacher, 23, who split from the Inbetweeners star at the end of last year, said: “I’m sure she’ll do great.”
The actress, 28, has opened up to campmate Noel Edmonds about their fiveyear relationship.
She said: “I’m soul-searching. I had a difficult start to the year. I had a break-up after being with someone five years.
“I’d go into the habit of needing that security, love and acceptance from a guy to make me happy.” But Jack, an estate agent, wished her well, adding: “I’ve moved on and everything.”
Before entering the jungle, Emily had appealed to ITV to help her find love in the jungle, saying: “Put a nice bloke in there that I can sit and chat to. Well you know, I’m single, it might be fun.”
Instead, she had to sing in the X Factor Bushtucker Trial with her mouth clamped open, making her dribble everywhere.
Realising it wasn’t her most attractive look, she said: “I’m never going to get a boyfriend now.”
