Left worn out by warehouse jobs

Good to see all those happy, smiling, singing cardboard boxes in the Amazon Christmas advert.

Well at least they’re happy – which is more than can be said for the thousands of Amazon staff across Britain who went on strike last week in protest at “inhuman” conditions at the company’s warehouses.

According to the GMB union, 87% of workers surveyed are in constant or occasional pain due to their workload.

But worry not... the cardboard boxes are deliriously happy.
