MARIO SHOOTS JUVE TO BRINK

MARIO MANDZUKIC put Juve on the verge of winning Group H with the only goal in Turin.

After being frustrated for the first 45 minutes, Juve took the lead against Valencia just before the hour.

Cristiano Ronaldo provided the chance, allowing Mandzukic (above) to latch on to his pass and fire home from close range.

The result kept them above Manchester United with a final game against Young Boys to come.
