AXED Harrison was with Met A DISGRACED police officer has been dismissed due to his lewd behaviour.

PC Lee Harrison asked female officers for sexual favours and groped them, a misconduct panel heard.

One of the three women who complained said he once picked her up and smelled her private parts.

She told the hearing: “If I challenged him he said I could not accept banter.”

Harrison – once axed from a firearms team for having his gun stolen while asleep on the job – did not attend the hearing, but denied any wrongdoing.

The panel found most of the 31 allegations proven and the married officer was sacked from the Met.

Sergeant Stuart Murray was given a final written warning for “turning a blind eye” to his behaviour. A SCHOOLBOY who fled Syria with his family to escape torture has been targeted in a vile attack by a fellow pupil.

A teenage boy, 16, is to be charged with assault after footage of the youngster’s ordeal went viral.

It shows the 15-year-old, known only as Jamal, being knocked down by a thug, who holds him by the neck and pours water over his face.

Jamal’s arm is seen in a cast, allegedly from an earlier attack.

A GoFundMe page has raised more than £102,000 for the lad and his family since BBC radio host Jeremy Vine shared the video.

He said: “I’m trying to resist naming the bully in this film. More important, is it possible to do anything for the victim? A Syrian refugee who already had a broken wrist, apparently from a similar attack. Heartbreaking.”

In the clip the attacker is heard to say, “I’ll drown you”, as he pours a bottle of water in Jamal’s face.

Other pupils are seen cheering during the assault at Almondbury Community School, Huddersfield, last month. In a sickening twist, video has emerged of Jamal’s sister being attacked the day the footage of his ordeal went viral. FAMILY STATEMENT ON BULLYING BY STUDENTS

Family said the pair had been targets since coming over with the UN in 2016.

Their statement said: “When Jamal was barely eight, family members were abducted by the Assad regime, tortured and one murdered. Within a month of entering UK education, Jamal and his sister were targeted and set upon by a number of other students.”

The family’s solicitor Mohammed Akunjee told how the sister was attacked on Tuesday. He said: “The same day the video of the boy went viral, his sister had her headscarf ripped off in the playground.

“She has also attempted suicide, the level of bullying got so much.”

West Yorkshire Police said: “A 16-year-old has been interviewed and reported for summons, for an offence of assault. He will appear at youth court in due course.

“A previous unconnected incident, in which the victim suffered a wrist injury, was fully investigated... [and] referred to the school.”

Headteacher Trevor Bowen said: “I can assure you this situation is being taken extremely seriously.”
