Kids cost us 52 nights’ kip
PARENTS lose an average 52 nights of sleep a year as their kids refuse to nod off.
Some 55% try to establish a bedtime routine but 51% say it is the most stressful time of their day.
And the average parent of an under 10 ends up missing 7.9 hours of sleep a week, according to the poll by Disney Junior UK’s Parenting Hacks podcast.
Dr Claire Halsey, who helped create Parenting Hacks, said: “The key factor is finding a routine and sticking to it.”
