HIS BODY
In something of an understatement, Dolph says: “I have to spend time in the gym and work out. It’s hard work but I go every day even if tired. “If I have a film like Creed II, I do more weights because I have to stand next to guys who work out a lot. But on Aquaman, it was more of a dramatic role so I didn’t have to train as hard.”
To keep his metabolism firing, Dolph has four smaller meals a day and one protein shake.
But he adds: “Once a week you have a day where you can cheat. For me, it’s banana pancakes with whipped cream and crispy bacon.” His lifestyle keeps him looking young, but his fanbase has changed. He says: “It used to be teenage girls trying to get into your room. But now some guy shows up at Comic Con in Soviet shorts, with a buzz haircut and wants to be me.”
