SIX-MONTH IRONS DEAL FOR NASRI

SAMIR NASRI is likely to get a six-month deal at most if he proves his fitness at West Ham.

Nasri (left) is working hard to get into shape after his arrival in east London. Insiders reckon he needs to lose five kilos to be set to play by the turn of the year. He is currently banned for breaching World Anti-Doping Agency rules, but will be free to play from January 1. West Ham are mindful of the big money they are already spending, with Andy Carroll, on £100,000 a week, not playing all season, while Jack Wilshere – on similar money – is set to return.
