Your face is a picture, Ma’am
Queen with artist Stuart in Windsor Castle THE Queen gives her royal approval as an artist unveils her latest portrait.
The piece by military painter Stuart Brown shows the monarch sitting in a drawing room at Windsor Castle.
The RAF Regiment commissioned it for its 75th anniversary and to honour Her Majesty – its Air Commodore-inChief. After the viewing at Windsor, Mr Brown said: “This was the opportunity of a lifetime. I had a sense of being in the presence of living history.”
The painting will be displayed at RAF Honington in Suffolk.
