Legal ‘weed’ eatery first

THE first vegetarian and vegan cannabis restaurant opens to the public today.

Canna Kitchen serves food and drink infused with legal, non-psychoactive cannabinoid products.

Owner Sam Evolution aims to “assist in educating and re-informing society’s perceptions of the plant”.

He added: “Aside from a pop-up in 2015, I could find no other projects of this nature in the UK.”

Its menu, in Brighton, includes hash beer and hemp-heart tabbouleh.
