Fears for Brit girl missing in Tenerife

CONCERN Amy Gerard FEARS are growing for a British animal trainer who is missing in Tenerife.

Amy Louise Gerard, 28, was last seen outside an Irish bar in Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the Spanish island.

Her pal Stacey Dawes said: “This is not like Amy to go missing. We just want her home safe now.”

A Spanish missing persons’ group has appealed for information and police are involved.

Amy, from Grimsby, Lincs, is a killer whale trainer at Tenerife marine theme park Loro Parque.

She was last seen outside The Molly Malone just after midnight on Thursday and did not go into work on Saturday.

Amy’s mum Julie and sister Chloe, from Grimsby, have flown to Tenerife.
