BEAK BAND Musical birds A FARMER who feared that his turkeys were getting bored has given them musical instrument­s.

The birds can keep occupied by pecking at plastic xylophones, tambourine­s and maracas.

Farm welfare officer Jane Codling, at Traditiona­l Norfolk Poultry in Shropham, Norfolk, said turkeys are very curious.
