Life of Dodd

Calling all Sir Ken Dodd fans (ie everyone).

A poignant and uplifting documentary on the life and work of the comedy legend, who died in March, will air on Boxing Day.

Ken Dodd: How Tickled We Were tells the story of his 70-year career, from his 1930s boyhood in Knotty Ash to his last gig, on home turf in Liverpool, a year ago.

Celeb friends, family and wife Lady Anne all sing his praises. He’d have been tickled pink.
