Emily taking aim at Jamie
EMILY Atack joked that she’d like to get together with Harry Redknapp’s hunky footballer son Jamie.
The 28-year-old, who is keen to find a boyfriend, asked the 71-yearold soccer coach if the former Liverpool star was single.
Discovering that he was, she said: “Ooh imagine, Emily Redknapp, I would make a really good daughter in law.”
Harry agreed, telling her: “You would be fantastic, there is no doubt about that, Emily.”
The actress then insisted she was “only messing around” – while miming for Jamie to call her when she’s finally out of the jungle. Jamie, 45, has admitted dad Harry is braver than he imagined. He said: “I thought, after five days, he would’ve walked out. It wouldn’t have surprised me.
“I must admit, he’s brave. He doesn’t care when things fall on his head. He’s better than I am.”
Harry is now favourite to win after fans warmed to his funny stories and his declaration of love for wife Sandra.
Proud Jamie added “He’s a gentleman. And that’s what really has shone in the show. You can’t hide in those programmes – in the end it all comes out in the wash.
“He is funny, he has got a lovely side to him. He’s very caring and he’s a good team player.”
