Edmonds to be ‘Body Coach’ fitness trainer for over-40s
MR BLOBBY mastermind Noel Edmonds aims to be a fitness guru for his Crinkley Bottomed fans.
Before his shock exit on Friday, 69-year-old Noel’s trim physique had impressed his campmates and the viewers.
So now he is considering a book and YouTube fitness channel so he and wife Liz, 49, can share their fitness tips.
The idea is to make Noel “like Joe Wicks for the over40s”, a friend said.
Like “The Body Coach” fitness trainer Joe, Noel and Liz would offer recipes as well as fitness and lifestyle tips.
They have been approached by publishers and could launch by the spring.
The source said: “Negotia- tions are already taking place.” And we can reveal ITV are hoping to bring back Noel’s Christmas Presents, which last screened on Sky in 2012.
The pal said: “This show was always popular. One way or another it is very much looking like Noel will be back on TV next year.” Yesterday, Noel spent the day exploring the Gold Coast.
He responded to reports that he had told Nick Knowles he did not believe humans developed from apes during a conversation about evolution.
Noel said: “I was winding Nick up because he has such a high opinion of his opinions.
“The others were cracking up and it was a joke. It’s a shame Nick couldn’t see through my mischief.”
