An education in relaxation

STRESSED pupils at a primary school can meditate in a special relaxation pod.

For up to half an hour they can listen to wave and rain sounds in the pod at Longwood Primary Academy in Harlow, Essex.

Head James Hollinsley said: “It will offer a sanctuary from the daily grind.”
