Car smoker’s fag-flick fine
A WOMAN faces a £400 littering bill after being caught flicking a cigarette butt out of her car window.
Cheryl Chandler, of Brantham, Suffolk, failed to pay an £80 fixed penalty.
She did not attend a hearing at Ipswich magistrates court, where she got a £220 fine and £180 costs.
