LEES: WE MUST BEAT MINNOWS

TOM LEES has stoked up today’s South Yorkshire derby by saying Sheffield Wednesday need to deal with ‘smaller’ teams like Rotherham.

The 28-year-old centre back admits the Owls have struggled on home soil when facing teams they are expected to beat.

Lees wants Wednesday, five points off the drop zone, to swat the Millers aside even if it means winning ugly.

“Looking at the fixtures coming up there has got to be some winnable games for us,” he said.
