Lions heat up desert

FOUR wickets from Saqib Mahmood set up a fourwicket victory for England Lions in their Twenty20 match against Pakistan A in Abu Dhabi.

Following their defeat in the one-day series, the Lions hit back well to restrict Pakistan A to 131-8, with Lancashire paceman Mahmood finishing with 4-14.

The young England side reached their victory target with four balls to spare, opener Tom KohlerCadmore top-scoring with 33 off 27 balls.
