MORECAMBE PORT VALE 2 2 ANTONY KAY was not happy with Port Vale’s performance despite helping salvage a point.

Morecambe led 2-0 thanks to A-Jay LeitchSmith and Jason Oswell goals before Kay and Tom Pope hit back late.

Kay said: “In the first half we let ourselves down and in the second half we didn’t play as well as we should have – so we’re lucky to come away with a point.”
