Making mistakes have been fun
IN THE words of the wise and wonderful Edith Piaf: “Non, je ne regrette rien.” What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
But looking back, there may be a few embarrassing moments I’d like to delete. If I could do it all again I probably wouldn’t have succumbed to a perm (or two) in the mid-80s, accepted Dean Tomlinson didn’t love me at junior school and bought a LOT less shoes. But how much fun would that have been?
