Novichok two ‘being held at chemical lab’

POISONED Yulia and Sergei NOVICHOK victims Sergei and Yulia Skripal are being held against their will at a secretive government lab, a relative has claimed.

Sergei’s niece Viktoria Skripal, 44, also says UK spies may have poisoned them or staged the hit to get at Vladimir Putin.

Viktoria claims the father and daughter are at the Porton Down facility, near Salisbury where they were poisoned in March.

She said of Yulia: “If this substance was really used on them, Porton Down is a perfect place where they can be under surveillance.”

She also questioned if ex spy Sergei was even alive.

Viktoria was refused a visa to Britain and has criticised the UK Government.

In May, Yulia criticised her, saying “no one speaks for me, or for my father”.
