MO DIAME admits home is where the hurt is for Newcastle.
The Geordies have lost seven out of nine games at St James’ Park this season – their worst run of home defeats since 1953.
Newcastle have 13 points after 16 games this season two worse than last season – and face crucial games against relegation rivals Huddersfield and Fulham in the next fortnight.
Midfielder Diame said: “The home run is bad. We need to change that as soon as possible. We should be looking to beat teams in the bottom half at home.
“Nothing really has changed in terms of the next two games – we still need points.
“The attitude and desire we showed against Wolves, we have to keep that up.”
