New test for child asthma

MORE cases of young children at risk of asthma can be detected by a new test.

The Paediatric Asthma Risk Score identified children that the current Asthma Predictive Index missed in 43% of cases.

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital said its PARS test was 11% more sensitive.
