Hotel in ban on ferret fan

A HOTEL banned a regular who brought his three pet ferrets with him.

Ex-soldier Tim Pender, 57, kept Joy, Grace and Jason in his lap or on a lead as he drank and ate.

Bosses said other diners had complained about the animals’ “pungent” smell at the Old Coastguard in Mousehole, Cornwall.

Tim said: “I felt shocked and upset. I’ve been discriminated against.”

The hotel said they first barred the ferrets only, but said Mr Pinder was rude.
