Teen raped and killed girl, 14

A TEENAGER raped and killed a girl of 14 after she refused to have sex with him.

The boy, 16, arranged to meet with Viktorija Sokolova, inset, at a park at midnight to smoke marijuana. He then forced himself on her and struck her head at least 21 times.

He dumped her half-naked body on a bench in Wolverhampton and disposed of his trainers, trousers and rucksack. The murder weapon, thought to be a hammer, has not been found. The boy, an Iraqi immigrant who cannot be named, was yesterday found guilty of rape and murder at Wolverhampton crown court. He will be sentenced in February. After the trial, Lithuanian Viktorija’s mum Karolina, 36, said: “I have never managed to see his eyes – maybe because of him feeling ashamed.”
