The ex-Pussycat Doll admits it was tough to end up in the dance-off for the third week running last weekend.

“The first two times was a bit of a bummer but then it’s a new week and you get focused,” she says.

“The third time I looked at Pash and was like ‘OK, shall we give them a little show?’ We had to battle to get to the final but I’m so grateful. I can’t wait to get out there and enjoy it.”

The hardest aspect has been the “emotional rollercoaster”. She says: “You start doubting yourself – how’s this all going to come together on Saturday? I thought it would be physically challenging but the mental strain is like whoooooh!”
