The measly 0.4% effective rate might be legal but it is way below the 20% imposed on a bus driver, nurse or call centre worker.

Hammond can have no complaints when people ask if he is really going to crack down on loaded individuals and big firms sidestepping tax when his personal interests appear to clash with the national interest.
