Victory for the space invaders..
MARCO SILVA believes Everton may have turned a corner after a precious victory at Goodison.
The Blues boss had to work fast at half-time with Bournemouth threatening to take over. Goals from Kurt Zouma and sub Dominic Calvert-Lewin did the trick.
Silva (above with referee Anthony Taylor) said: “In the second half we started to do it in a different way and started to break Bournemouth’s high press.
“And when the space started to appear we played faster and with more confidence and more quality.
“It was a really important win. It is always important when you can win.
“But I understand why you are asking me about this win.
“Because of course we didn’t achieve the last results we desired.
“It was tough but to be honest I thought we deserved the three points.”
