OLLY STONE is ready to overtake his Warwickshire team-mate Chris Woakes and be taken for a high-speed England Test drive in the West Indies.

And the man nicknamed ‘Enzo’ (right) after Ashley Giles branded him the ‘Ferrari’ of fast bowlers, owing to his extreme pace and unpredictability, could well get the chance to add a Test shirt to the ODI one he picked up in Sri Lanka ahead of a bumper Ashes summer. “A Test shirt to go with the framed ODI one would be amazing,” said 25-year-old Stone, following the England squad’s first training session in Barbados. “I learned a lot in Sri Lanka and if I get my chance out here I can show what I picked up.”
