TRAGIC Ava-May Littleboy A MAN and woman arrested over the death of a three-year-old girl on an inflatable trampoline will face no police action.

Ava-May Littleboy died of a head injury after being thrown into the air when it “burst”at a seaside fair.

The pair, in their 40s, were quizzed on suspicion of manslaughter after the incident at Gorleston-onSea, Norfolk, last July.

Police said an inquiry by the HSE means alternative charges could be brought. A JUDGE has blasted Katie Price for showing “a lack of respect” by missing a court appearance so that she could swan off on holiday.

The former glamour model was due to face Crawley magistrates yesterday morning, accused of threatening behaviour toward her ex’s girlfriend.

But instead, the 40-year-old was pictured enjoying a break in Thailand with beau Kris Boyson, 30.

District Judge Amanda Kelly said: “She hasn’t bothered to turn up today. Apparently she has something more important to do.”

Katie, who lives in Dial Post, near Horsham, West Sussex, was allegedly involved in a verbal altercation with estranged husband Kieran Hayler’s teacher girlfriend in the nearby village of Shipley last September.

Katie was picking up her kids Jett, five, and Bunny, four, by Hayler when she allegedly confronted Michelle Penticost and asked: “Are you enjoying f***ing my husband?” She faces two charges of using threatening BITTER SPLIT and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.

The court heard she had been sent a postal requisition on February 7, informing her of the need to attend the hearing. The reality TV star would have known about the case but did not turn up to police interviews, it was added.

Judge Kelly said: “This shows a lack of respect for the whole court system.” She DISTRICT JUDGE AMANDA KELLY ON KATIE’S COURT NO-SHOW added it was “tempting” to consider an arrest warrant but she would not as the penalty for the offence was a fine.

The judge said she would “reluctantly” adjourn the hearing. Katie is due back on Monday so the case was postponed until 10am on Wednesday.

It was the third time this year that Katie has faced court. Last month, she was given another driving ban after being convicted of being nearly twice the drink limit while in charge of her pink Range Rover.

And in January, she was banned after admitting driving while disqualified and without insurance.

She was also ordered to pay fines for the unrelated offences.

She hasn’t bothered to turn up. Apparently, she has something more important to do
