Date’s set for Ducati verdict

ANDREA DOVIZIOSO will know by the end of the month whether his victory stands from the season-opening race in Qatar following protests from four rival teams.

The MotoGP Court of Appeal is probing claims that a device on the rear swingarm of the Italian’s Ducati illegally creates aerodynamic downforce.

The International Motorcycling Federation said the court would rule by March 31.
