RUNAWAY winner of wildest overreaction to the attention-seeking tool (left) who attacked Jack Grealish was former Wales international David Cotterill, who reckons “the way forward” is to have armed police on stand-by at all football matches to deal with the yobs. Great idea.

And presumably we’ll have them at all other sporting arenas such as Haydock racecourse where, last month, 50 rioting punters had a mass brawl which terrified on-looking women and children.
