DAVID Beckham smartens up his tie as he sits with a Very Important Person at Wimbledon’s Centre Court - his mum Sandra.

Sandra and the former England captain wore suit jackets for their day in the Royal Box despite temperatures at SW19 hitting a sweltering 26C.

But 70-year-old Sandra did not appear too thrilled as Simona Halep saw off Elina Svitolina.

Becks, 44, peered over his sunglasses to watch the semi-final – and looked a little shady.
