Boris’s girl to slip into No10 via back door

BORIS Johnson’s lover could be smuggled into No10 to celebrate if he wins the Tory leadership.

Talks are under way to let Carrie Symonds enter via connecting corridors from the Cabinet Office.

Boris is expected to be announced as leader and Prime Minister on Tuesday after being beating rival Jeremy Hunt in a poll of 165,000 party members.

But his team fear Ms Symonds’ arrival at No10 could overshadow his big moment following recent publicity surrounding the couple’s relationship.

Boris is expected to address the media in Downing Street on Wednesday afternoon.
