Gran murder accused is flown to UK

EXTRADITED Sabou THE suspect in the “Midsomer murder” case of Valerie Graves was extradited to the UK yesterday.

Cristian Sabou, 27, from Romania, is due before Brighton magistrates today charged with her murder in December, 2013.

A judge ruled he could serve any term in Romania as he agreed to extradition.

He admitted to the Mirror in a Romanian court last week that he attacked Valerie.

The grandmother died while house-sitting at the £1.6million mansion in Bosham, Sussex, of friends who were away on holiday.

The village was used in ITV’s Midsomer Murders.

Valerie, 55, moved back to West Sussex from Scotland to care for her mother. Her sister found her body.
