PAUL Hollywood’s girlfriend goes for a stroll yesterday – on the same day his divorce from wife Alexandra came through.

Summer Monteys-Fullam, 24, was even spotted wearing a Hollywood T-shirt in the village of Smarden in Kent.

Her 55-year-old boyfriend and Alexandra, 53, were granted a decree nisi in less than a minute, bringing their 19-year marriage to an end.

But the couple still need a decree absolute to make the split formal.

Court papers showed Alexandra had filed for divorce on the grounds of adultery after she and Bake Off star Paul separated in 2017.

At the Central Family Court in London, District Judge Robert Duddridge agreed and ruled she found it “intolerable” to live with her husband.

Hollywood and Alexandra had split in 2013 after he admitted having an affair with Marcela Valladolid, his co-star Paul with Alex in 2015 on the US

Bake Off.

Alexandra took him back but their marriage finally collapsed four years later.

Earlier this year she denied claims she verbally abused Summer after bumping into her at an M&S in Canterbury, Kent. Police were called, but a LIZ Hurley’s son Damian has won a legal fight against his grandfather who tried to cut him out of his inheritance.

Multi-millionaire Dr Peter Bing attempted to stop Damian, 17, from gaining access to his fortune because he was born out of wedlock.

But a judge in LA ruled this week that Damian – fathered by Dr Bing’s son, Steve, 54 – is a rightful beneficiary of the family trust.

Dr Bing claimed that US businessman Steve has “never met” Damian, and he does not want the teenager to inherit any money.

And Dr Bing insisted that after setting up the family trust in 1980, he stipulated that any grandchild must be “raised by my children as part of their families” to benefit from it. He said in recent court papers that the trust “would not benefit any person bought out of wedlock unless that person had lived for a substantial period of time as a regular member of the household”.

Dr Bing argued the definition of “grandchild” in the trust was unclear.

But in court papers filed on Tuesday, Judge Daniel Juarez wrote: “There is no ambiguity in the trust’s use of the term ‘grandchild’. The trustee’s [Dr Bing] interpretation of the trusts is unreasonable, and the trustee’s construction of ‘grandchild’ is simply unfounded.” Damian was born to The representative of Alexandra’s said: “Even in that difficult situation She did not and would not ever verbally abuse anyone.

“Alex has kept a dignified position throughout the last 14 months which have been extremely challenging.” COURT BATTLE Damien Hurley & mum Elizabeth. Inset, Steve Bing.
