Verse class degree won

A STUDENT has won a first-class honours degree after rapping his entire 10,000-word dissertation.

Nicholas Uzoka, 22, presented his English and creative writing work at the University of East Anglia as a 21-track album.

He said it explores how he feels about God through the metaphor of a relationship with a woman.

Nicholas added: “The university was kind enough to allow me to accommodate my particular style of poetry.”
