- LOOSE LIPS

Despite 30 years in showbusiness, Louise Redknapp is still none the wiser If there is something Spice Girls fans really, really want...it’s for them to perform at Glastonbury.

The festival will celebrate it’s 50th anniversary next summer.

And yesterday Scary Spice Mel B says the group “owe it” to their fans to zig a zig ah in the mud.

When asked if the group will continue touring, she says: “We are going to do more and I don’t care what anyone says.

“We are going to do it. I said seven years ago we are going to go on tour and you know what it just happens to be Glastonbury’s 50th anniversary next year, I think that would be a really good thing to do.

“The girls are going to kill me for saying it but I don’t care, I think we If things aren’t going your way, turn to Gwendoline Christie for inspiration. This week the actor, 40, was nominated for an Emmy Award for her portrayal of the knight Brienne of Tarth in Game Of Thrones after nominating herself.

Turns out, HBO didn’t want to. Awkward. How to celebrate? Team up with Rankin in a short film hosing a RollsRoyce Phantom, naturally. Of her nom, she quipped: “I can’t believe it. Thank you universe!!” owe it to our fans and ourselves. would love that.”

In December Mel, 44, said performing at Glasto had been “talked about”. Then in June her publicity team denied it would happen.

Now loose-lipped Mel has resurrected the idea. Speaking to Zoe Ball on her Radio 2 breakfast show, she added that it would be a lot of “pressure” to fill the Legends Sunday slot, but insists: “I definitely want to do that.”

She also says the girls plan to tour Australia in February as well as working on new music.

“I had a conversation with Geri about this over the weekend,” she says. “I know Mel C is keen and Emma (Bunton) is up for it, it’s just a case of getting us all together.”
