Date for art lover’s dairy

EXHIBITION Curdled milk AN artist will mark the end of an exhibition by giving away bottles of fourmonth-old curdled milk.

The 200 bottles have been on display in a fridge at Scarborough Art Gallery, North Yorks since May 1.

Art lovers can apply to get a signed bottle when the installation is removed on September 1. Artist Annabel McCourt said: “This is ‘living art’, not a consumable beverage.”
