Russians aid Kurd fighters under attack

ACTION Russian SU-35 jet RUSSIAN forces in Syria have joined Kurdish troops to stave off a ground and air assault from Turkey.

Two of Moscow’s SU-35 warplanes chased off a marauding Turkish F-16 about to bomb Kurdish troops close to the border.

Syrian regime forces were also deployed to save the Kurdish from the threat of attack as President Assad wants Turkish forces out of his country.

Turkey has vowed to push back members of Syrian-Kurdish militia the YPG, part of the SDF who are backed by the West.

Turkish leaders view them as terrorists, and an extension of the banned organisati­on the PKK.

Calling themselves the Usual Suspects, the thuggish 50-strong Lauta Army mob arrived at Sofia’s Vasil Levski stadium on Monday night with only one thing in mind – boosting their sick notoriety.

And one Bulgaria player told how they deliberate­ly abused Raheem Sterling, Marcus Rashford and Tyrone Mings with Borislav Mihaylov

“They were dressed in black like the yobs we’d seen doing Nazi salutes. A group came close to us then more appeared and we realised they were trying to head us off and we braced ourself for a kicking. It was terrifying.” Theo and his friends were only saved when a police car came to their rescue.

The Lauta Army, who follow Bulgarian were team Lokomotiv Plovdiv, is no secret organisati­on. It is so open about its violence and neo-Nazi ideals it has its own Facebook page, where brawls with other hooligans are planned.

The mob even claimed it had organised a battle with Three Lions fans in Sofia.
