WALKOUT Postal worker

FURIOUS union leaders have lodged an appeal against a ban on postal workers striking in the run up to Christmas.

The Royal Mail took the Communication Workers Union to court after members voted to back walkouts by 97% on a turnout of 76%.

In London’s High Court, Mr Justice Swift granted an injunction, after claims the union had boosted turnout by arranging a “de facto workplace ballot” contrary to rules on industrial action.

The CWU vowed to appeal, saying: ”Genuinely this is an utter outrage. 110,000 workers vs the establishment.”

The CWU had balloted members over strike action amid a dispute over job security and employment terms.

JAMES Haskell will be a nightmare campmate on I’m A Celebrity as wife Chloe Madeley says living with him is like being with “an angry, teething, terrible twos child”.

The former England rugby union star, 34, flew into Australia on Monday where he insisted: “I am like Marmite – you either love me or hate me”.

Chloe interviewed him for her Bodcast fitness podcast where she revealed he snores and is used to eating six meals a day.

James – a pal of Prince Harry – said: “We argue like cats and dogs all the time but we have a great relationship. My favourite argument was when I lost my s*** and you had a cup of tea in your hand and I walked over and took the tea and threw it on the floor. It was such a ridiculous thing to do.”

Chloe added on the 2014 podcast: “James is a complete psychopath. He threw the cup of tea on the floor and it shattered. It went everywhere – every room in the house this cup found its way into. And then he left the house for a day. So I had to tidy up his outburst. Living with James is like living with an angry, teething, terrible twos child.”

James has admitted he will find it tough in camp without his wife, who is the daughter of TV stars Richard and Judy.

He said: “I will miss her a lot. We have been inseparable for five years and we speak two to three times a day. I think I will end up talking about her a lot.”
