We have teamed up with the Woodland Trust to give away two free trees to the first ten thousand readers who successful­ly apply for this offer.

HOW TO CLAIM

BY POST: To be in with the chance of being one of the five thousand people to qualify for this offer, please fill in the form, right. Only one applicatio­n per household is permitted. Once completed, send form to Mirror Free Tree Offer, PO Box 5000, Alton, Hants, GU34 9BX. The first five thousand forms that arrive before Thursday November 21, 2019 will qualify for two free trees. The Mirror will follow up with successful applicants via email/post to notify you that you have been successful and to organise collecting payment for the £3.81 postage fee which will be required to send the trees to your address.

OR ONLINE: Please visit mirror.co.uk/treegiveaw­ay where you will find a form that requires you to enter your name, email and postal address. Only one applicatio­n per household is permitted. The first five thousand submission­s that are received will qualify for two free trees and the Mirror will contact you via email to notify you that you have been successful and to organise collecting payment for the £3.81 postage fee which will be required to send the trees to your address.
