TRIAL Gillian Bayford

A £148MILLION lottery winner is to go on trial accused of attacking her ex, who works for a domestic abuse charity.

Gillian Bayford, 47, allegedly hit Gavin Innes on the head and neck “to his injury” on three separate occasions in 2017.

The ex-hospital cleaner denies attacking her former school pal, who campaigns for men who suffer violence at home.

Their relationship began after her split from husband Adrian, who shared the 2012 jackpot with her.

She lived in Suffolk with Adrian but returned to her native Scotland with their two children after the split.

Bayford, who set up a property business and has since remarried, did not attend a hearing in Dundee yesterday and a trial is due to start next month.

Susan Boyle

SINGER Susan Boyle has revealed the results of a makeover given to the council house she’s lived in all her life.

After rising to fame on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009, Susan, 58, bought the home in Blackburn, West Lothian, that she shared with her parents and siblings.

In an exclusive shoot for OK! Magazine, Susan, worth £30million, said: “It’s to do with the memories of your house and your upbringing.

“You need to take stock of things and maybe see where you come from and where your roots lie. “It’s best to be grounded...” Inside her home are mementoes of her achievements, including framed discs to mark a million sales of her albums I Dreamed a Dream and The Gift – and a picture of her meeting the Pope.

She has a piano and is currently taking lessons to learn to play.

And what is now her dressing room was once a bedroom she shared with her two sisters.
