Only 16 hours later, a second ambulance was called at 2:31pm on Saturday when Caroline was found dead at her apartment, aged 40.
Caroline’s management said they were “devastated at the loss”.
Her parents Christine and Ian, her brother Paul and sisters Elizabeth and Jody, her twin, confirmed her death on Saturday. Friend Lou posted moving pictures of her and Caroline online from “five days, five years and 10 years ago”.
She also posted a picture of her daughter Lux with Flack in 2011.
Fans have left floral tributes outside her North London home.

Meanwhile, The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett, at a mental health event yesterday, said he messaged Caroline on Thursday and wishes he’d done more.
He said: “I messaged asking if she was OK. When I heard the news I looked at my phone and I realised that she hadn’t replied but there was a little bit underneath it that says ‘seen’.
